The Most Enjoyable Subject

One of the things that I enjoy the most it's being on the lab. This term we course the subject: " Chemical Laboratory Techniques" but I can't say this one it's my favorite subject because my favorite it's probably Molecular Genetic.

But for now, Chemical Laboratory Techniques it's going right and I like it a lot.
On this subject we learn about some basic techniques and experiments that will help us in the future to feel more confortable on the lab.

Drop by Drop we learn the precision necesary on the lab.
On the week we have lessons just one day, in my case all the thursdays. The class has a duration of 4 hours and it is divided on 2 parts. The first one it's a theory class ant it has a duration of 1 hour. The the other 3 hours are on the lab and it is a practical lesson.
Being so close to the reality of my future profession it's the reason why I like this subject so much, and the complications that can have some process that you see so short and easy makes interesting this subject, because you learn that nothing it's so fast and easy on an investigation.
The teacher in charge of the course it's Inés Ahumada, but lessons and practicals had a lot of teachers because they turn the contents and the groups to teach.
If no one teach us it´s impossible to us know the correct way to take the instruments or the exactly precition of an experiment. Chemestry it's an exact science, so if we fail just in one drop it can be letal. We need teachers to soport and guide us to learn the correct manage of the laboratory stuff.
Biochemestry it's a career that works on the laboratory, so this subject were implicit on my desition to study a cientific investigtion career.
All students of first year has to take this subject. We are approximately 300 students, divided on groups of day and lab table.
On this term we have learn about safety rules, extraction methods, titration and about 10 contents more.
This subject it's really amazing.
